| wim commented on 04.30.04 | | In my childhooddays we had a local library with about 111 books, 5 of them with titles like "texas ranger # x" (x = 1 to 5).Sort of detective stories, not like the TV-serial, and in the end the hero just died. The mat reminds me of those sad days of mourning, but then came the serial, before or after Highway Patrol, I cannot remember, and then I was hero #1 for all the girls in the street (I was the only boy), and this mat reminds me of those joyfull days of innocence, and years later someone said "Houston, we have a problem.."And all of this comes back alive. So, Ken, keep adding up, as you left the "stop"-sign behind you. |
