Well it doesn't jump up and down but it will mail you a ticket. I must say I do get some sadistic satisfaction when I see those flash bulbs go off while I patiently wait my turn. BTW Just the other day I had to give my ABS a good test as I was very distracted by a truck carrying what at first looked like twenty or so dirty matts standing on end, as I realized they where styrofoam blocks from a boat dock I also realized I was approaching a "photo enforced" intersection and that light had been yellow way too long. Big Red came to a surprizingly short stop and I averted a very expensive mattress fraud sighting.

That term really irritates me. It's like the speed limits "enforced by aircraft" on 101. The fact is, they may be monitored by cameras or airplanes, but not actualy "enforced," unless the camera is going to jump down and give you a ticket! Gah! It drives me crazy!
