| wim commented on 03.31.04 | | 50mph is rather slow in Belgium. In Germany it is a stand-still as they have no speed limits on most parts of their motorways, a scary kind of experience actually. Last summer when I tried out the limits of my car, happy to drive at 140mph (210km), I had to be quick to change lane because someone with a sportscar came from behind and passed me at a ridiculous speed. But I admit, it was summer, and no snow. By the way I earned my first money in PA, in a place called Indian Shutters (it could have been the name of the motel), one silver dollar for cutting the gras.I'll ask my parents if they remember the name of the town, perhaps you could tae a look, Brad |
