| My mum died Oct 23. She was quite a fan of Street Mattress, often commenting to me about posts by Wim, SS, Horse and others, as if she knew you all personally. She would also tell me that even if she hadn't heard from me in a while she knew things were going ok if I was posting to SM. She was right. Things are ok. These next few pics were taken when i went back home a month ago to hang out with dad. Her memorial is Dec 9 back in London Ontario. No doubt some matts will come from that trip too. |

| wim commented on 11.28.12 | | my thoughts go to you and all your family. My mother died in her sleep in march 2010, at the age of 82. It was unexpected and not the way I would like to pass away. She had a complex life, as al those on europe from her generation. It came as a shock. She did not understand streetmattress as she was rather attached to real people and as she somehow rejected photos. But is was good having, she was a good woman, and so were yours, horse, ss, rk, jaak and all. |
