| the matts are in Sluizen, Flemish region of Belgium, as is part of the house, the darker brickwork, the rest of the house is in the Walloon region of Belgium, French speaking. probably the house has 2 permits as there are 2 administrations involved, meaning this one house, probably is two houses. As one house it would never have gotten a permit, a matter of views and lights, but as two houses there is no problem at all, and yes, having a go at the palindrome |

| wim commented on 11.15.12 | | so did I, SS, in black, in white and in a very dark red; in this case both parts of the house are considered to be "half open", meaning both can have windows on the side, in Belgium we cannot build with a possible insight on the neighbour, unless there is two times 3 meters distance. |
