location:Rigolet, Nunasiavut, Labrador
we all got what we wanted at this site of an old salmon fishery. Jennifer, my work colleague in her red coat found Red Berries, Carl our guide shot a porcupine (good eating i'm told) and i bagged a skinned matt. probably my most satisfying submission ever. certainly the most picturesque location.

you say : " I was pretty good". In what way, Robert?

Amazing, porc d'épine, a pest in Kenya and a delicacy over there. Do they live as single animales? In the wild? Breeded? and what about the quills? Do they come of easy? Why say in this picture (good eating I'm told) and did uou dare to eat it onj your latest trip

i ate porcupine this last trip to Labrador. Same one Carl shot. i was pretty good. Kind of like rabbit but more the texture of mutton.
