| robert k commented on 09.04.07 | | i probably average 6 matts on the mornings I go biking around Oakland. you have to remember West Oakland is not the most stable community lots of rentals and subsidized hostels, also it is a big garbage dump, expecially on the fringes. People get temporary, under the table, work cleaning out people's property but do not want to pay the garbage dump fees, so it goes out on the street. |
