Since government intervention no cartoon characters of any kind targeting any demographic at all can be used to sell cigarettes. This camel is named "Old Joe". Pretty much a depiction of the original camel RJ Reynolds used since it's advertising beginnings. |

It is designed and used to target an audience primarily shopping at convenience stores, gas stations, curb markets, bodega's or any other small style retail establishment that sells cigarettes and tobacco in general. |
