The falling leaf was caught quite by chance; I didn't even notice it as I took the pic.

I think it's jumping mange tout: the trampoline is just out of frame.

are you sure it's not a falling banana?

SS What makes this picture so pleasing to me is the fine collection of different kinds of wood, from living through roughly sawn and hewn to polished and manicured, and the mix of horizontal and vertical lines. Then there's the living leaves up top and the dead ones at the bottom, and the one in mid-demise. And the shadowless light. And the clouds in the window. NTOB too, Wim, did you notice it, bottom left hand corner?

Nice Touch Of Red! Blimey. Thanks Jaak, I would never have guessed that. But he's right, NTOR.

Thanks, SE. I like this pic too. The leaf makes it. Now that the stuff has gone, I can see that it says "NO PARKING".

Actualy it's Wim's phrase :Nice Touch Of Red.
Sleepeasy commented on 01.17.07
Jaak, perhaps you could explain to me the meaning of this oft-coined phrase, NTOR - what does it mean?
Sleepeasy commented on 01.17.07
Great picture. It's not often you catch a leaf in mid-fall. But are you sure it doesn't say "No Paw"?
Smart Set commented on 01.16.07
No, Chaf. It was too heavy.

That hutch looks like it's in pretty good shape. Did you take it home to the missus?
