Point Saboteur - 08.24.06
submitter: Smart Set
location:Acton, London, UK
I bumped into my friend Carol in the park and she told me she'd seen this mattress, so we all went to get it. She was keen to do the point but her daughter had other ideas. (Note diverted-traffic chaos in this side street due to high street being closed for repairs to water main.)

the P+G+x² visited us today, all four are fine

Sounds like the start of a very complex "go into a bar" joke.

Only on this web site can a simple little streetmattress conversation cover a shoeless kid, a flemish singer, judu in detail and end with a math equation...life is good.

Even better.

wim commented on 11.07.06
I'd go for P+G=x²

Smart Set commented on 11.07.06
Jaak, I'm no mathematician, but surely we can best express this as the equation P+G=x.

I understand your English, Jaak, but not your bablefish. BTW, where did ypu find the explanation?

Jaak Graaf van Stokkem commented on 11.04.06
Waza-ari (near ippon): Throw is not completely successful, or opponent is held under control for at least 20 seconds.

Jaak Graaf van Stokkem commented on 11.04.06
WAZA-ARI: - The second highest score in the judo is and produces 7 points. Waza-ari get you when you a houdgreep 20 seconden have been possible continue or when you yourself tegenstrever on its back have been possible throw, yet where éé n are lacking or several of the four conditions for IPPON. - The adjudicator stretches thereby its rechterarm horizontally.Translatted by Bablefish.

Aren't they playing good old "Can't crossy yellow liney" ?

wim commented on 11.04.06
I thought it had something to do with judo, using a "waza" and throwingthe opponent over the mat "hari", but I did not check. Dana Winner is a flemish singer

Smart Set commented on 11.01.06
What's a "wasahari"? Who is Dana?

wim commented on 11.01.06
the kid with the red sweather looks very much like one of Jo's. I give the lady with the ball ten points for staying on the line, and the other one is out with a wasahari; definitly, the kid in red gets one point in minus for losing his shoe, meaning the winner is:...Dana!!
