| I was driving along when I saw this mattress walking towards me. By the time I'd scrabbled for the camera, stopped in the middle of the road, wound the window down and framed the shot it was about to disappear into its new home. |

| Smart Set commented on 12.08.05 | | I'm not really sure, ART. I sharpened the whole picture quite a bit, not selectively on the matt. I think it looks sharper than the rest mainly because it's in focus, but the whole pic suffers from camera shake, perhaps because this was a hand-held telephoto shot at only 1/40th sec or because I involuntarily panned right to follow the mattress as it moved, and the panning had the effect of making the mattress less blurred than the rest. Glad you like the pic - I do too. |
