| Do mattresses have souls? Wise men and poets have debated this question for hundreds, even thousands of years, without resolution. You, my fellow mattress hunters, may be uniquely placed to make such a judgement, and I would seek to offer you no counsel in the matter, save this: I believe that I may have, for the first time (and by what preternatural means or bizarre fluke I know not) captured in this photograph the very moment of a mattress's eternal soul leaving its mortal coils. I give you my word as a gentleman and a scholar that this photograph has not been tampered with in any way; it is unaltered save for a slight boost in contrast. Here, then, is my evidence; now you must decide for yourselves. To reword my earlier question: "Do mattresses possess souls?" Gentle reader, they have possessed mine. |

No idea where to, purgatory might be a good place but I recently read that the vatican have abollished it which is a pity because it was a nifty place to put helpless souls as would matts be because they can't help being abused, thrown out or causing peoples backs to ache.
